Develop strength, running and endurance with the methodology that will make you a complete hybrid athlete. Perform 365 days a year.

HP Hybrid is the programming for athletes who want to train with structure, planning and a consistently high level without depending on a fixed calendar. Whether you compete in HYROX or any other hybrid event, this is where your best version as an athlete begins.

We programme with concurrent methodology through pure work blocks. We respect the durability each capacity needs (strength, endurance and cardiovascular capacity) to generate real performance, without the obligation to cut a block short for a specific competition. Maintain an 80-85% constant level, with more assimilable volume, more useful strength and a better cardiovascular base than with any date-based periodization.

When you have a date marked on the calendar, you have two additional tapering blocks to arrive at 100% on race day. HYROX, Hybrid Day, Hybrid League, Strong Race… you decide when and what you compete in.
